Wallden Pond Trifle

16-20 ice cream sandwiches
1 large Cool Whip
1/4 cup Kahlua (optional)
3/4 cup butterscotch topping
1 cup buttered, toasted, chopped pecans

Cindy’s Shortbread Cookies

2 sticks margarine- Beat
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons sugar- Add
2 Tablespoons cornstarch- Add
2 cups flour- by hand
Chill 2 hours. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Confectioners sugar, flavor, milk.

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 Tablespoons water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup pecans
Combine all until moistened. Place on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Platinum Blonde Blondies

3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons packed light
brown sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup softened margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sifted flour
