Shrimp and Grits

4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup stone ground grits
3 Tablespoons butter
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and devained
6 slices bacon
2 Tablespoons lemon joice
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
2 Tablespoons sliced green onions
1 large clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

Garlic Cheese Grits

1 cup grits
4 cups water
1 Tablespoon salt
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 pound sharp cheese
3 well beaten eggs
Cook grits in salted water. Add butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Add eggs and cheese. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
