4 chicken breasts, broiled and shredded or
chopped
juice of one lemon
1 pint of low fat sour cream
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2-3 spring onions finely chopped
1⁄2 – 1 cup toasted, chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped green olives

1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 large bag of broccoli coleslaw
1 bunch green onions
2 packages chicken ramen noodles
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Dressing:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet of chicken flavoring from noodles
Run noodles under hot water in a strainer to soften them. Mix all ingredients together in bowl using only 1/2 of the dressing.
